Calam Lynch, formerly recognised for his minor roles in BBC period drama Mrs Wilson and Channel 4’s hit comedy Derry Girls, as well as a bit part in Christopher Nolan’s war epic Dunkirk, recently made headlines as one of the new cast members of the second series of Bridgerton.
The London based, Irish actor stars as intellectual printer’s assistant Theo Sharpe in Netflix’s most viewed show in history, firmly cementing his position as an emerging actor to watch. This isn’t his only project in the pipeline however, as he’s also landed a role in the upcoming film Benediction, starring opposite Peter Capaldi and Kate Phillips.
